Which platform should my store be on?
It depends on the catalogue, the integrations you need and how often the team changes things. Most of our work is on MerchantPro, WooCommerce and Gomag; we will tell you plainly if the platform you are on is fine and only the storefront needs work.
Can you migrate an existing store without losing orders and customers?
Yes. Products, customers and orders move through both platforms' APIs with a repeatable script that runs dry first. You see every planned change before anything is written, and the import can be re-run without creating duplicates.
Do you work on stores you did not build?
Yes. Redesigns, integrations, supplier crawlers, marketplace connections, tracking and campaigns all run on stores built by someone else.
Do you run campaigns too, not just the site?
Yes. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping and Performance Max, with the feeds, tracking and landing pages that support them. The same team answers for the site and the campaigns, so measurement is right from the start.
How do you quote?
A fixed price against a written scope, split into milestones. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. There is no hourly meter running while we talk.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Bucharest, and almost everything happens remotely, with clients across Romania and abroad. We reply within one working day, in English or Romanian.
