A repeatable WooCommerce migration.
Golden Drinks sells premium prosecco, champagne, wine, and spirits. I moved the store from WooCommerce to MerchantPro with a custom migration script, then built its new storefront around the client's requirements.

Moving the data
I wrote an importer that reads products, customers, and orders from the WooCommerce API and writes them through the MerchantPro API. It can run repeatedly without creating duplicates: orders are matched by ID, while existing products and customers are updated.
Before a real import, the script can run in dry-run mode. It simulates the full migration without writing any data, making every planned change visible first.

Building the new storefront
The brief called for a light visual theme and a simpler checkout. I built homepage banners for the main categories, a partner brand slider with a script that loads brands automatically, an announcement bar, a dedicated beer section, and a custom checkout using the platform's Twig templates.
